AI in daily work
Practical AI for documents, analysis and routine decisions. Designed to be checked, deployed where the work happens, and debugged until people trust it.
I help organisations turn recurring, manual work into calm and reliable processes, using AI and automation where they genuinely add value.
Practical AI for documents, analysis and routine decisions. Designed to be checked, deployed where the work happens, and debugged until people trust it.
Processes designed as clear building blocks: fewer handovers, clearer ownership, steps that make sense. Simpler first, faster second.
Repetitive work moved to dependable systems, tested against what you expect, so teams spend their time on judgement rather than copying.
One loop for business processes and for the systems behind them. Every engagement runs through it, and keeps running through it.
Understand how the work really happens today, then break it into clear building blocks.
Bring it into daily work, one building block at a time.
Check the output against what you expect, and keep improving.
Design it. Deploy it. Debug it. Then start the loop again, with a human in control.

Close to the work, alongside the teams who use it every day.
Ongoing engagements with different organisations, each with its own context.

I am Alwin Lijdsman, RA (CPA), licensed audit expert (RAB) and MSc in Data Science, based in Zürich. Throughout my career I have combined hands-on, boots-on-the-ground work in accounting and finance organisations with programming and data science. I have trained others to work with data and new tools, and I have learned to design, deploy, debug and, where needed, redo. Today I bring that mix to organisations of different sizes and sectors that want their everyday work to become simpler and more dependable.
